My Pilates journey began with a personal need to find an exercise that would give me a sense of calm and balance. Reformer Pilates captivated me with its fluidity, where smooth yet powerful movements combine strength, flexibility, and focus. I felt that consistent training improved my self-confidence, strengthened my body, and centered my mind. These are exactly the kinds of benefits I now strive to bring to my clients! As a trainer, I value individuality and awareness—every class is unique, and my goal is to help clients discover a movement style that suits their needs and goals. Feeling confident in controlled techniques enables you to build both strength and flexibility while improving posture. I want my classes to be a place where your body and mind align, where you feel stronger, and where you can step out of the session with a sense of balance and clarity. My goal is to help you recognize your own movement potential—and to develop habits that not only strengthen your body but also boost your self-confidence.

I discovered reformer Pilates at a time when I realized that in addition to dancing—which I had been doing for over ten years—I needed a workout that would bring me more calmness and balance while also building strength. I had been training at a semi-professional level, but I always felt drawn to Pilates. It immediately improved my posture, enhanced my endurance, and increased my overall confidence. For me, health is a holistic concept that includes movement and proper training. Sports have always played a crucial role in my life, but I have learned that true well-being comes from balance. As a trainer, I focus on the individual needs of each client and strive to ensure that each session delivers both enjoyable movement and meaningful progress. I aim to help clients move fluidly and effortlessly while simultaneously strengthening their bodies and deepening their self-awareness. My goal is for each client to leave the studio feeling lighter, more present, and more balanced. Training should be a time of self-care, a moment to check in with yourself. That’s why I want my classes to feel safe, inspiring, and empowering. I am here to help you achieve your best form, health, and well-being through reformer Pilates!

Mari Andra

I am Mari-Andra, a reformer Pilates trainer at Studio43. What drew me to Pilates was its immediate energy-boosting effect and the deep awareness it brings to movement. In my classes, I emphasize conscious breathing and mindful movement, which help improve endurance, focus, and posture. As a trainer, I want to help my clients develop controlled body awareness, so they leave each session feeling calm and centered. My hope is that everyone walking out of my class carries a renewed sense of confidence, which in turn radiates positivity to those around them.
