PILATES REFORMER IN VÕRU

MEET OUR TRAINERS

Henet

I have studied to become a personal trainer and have worked as a private and group instructor. I discovered Pilates years ago and immediately fell in love with it. What I appreciate most about Pilates as a training style is that it’s a strength workout (not just stretching) that develops both muscle strength and flexibility. As a trainer, I take great joy in helping others achieve a more resilient musculature, thereby significantly enhancing their quality of life. In my classes, I focus on the core principles of Pilates: control, precision, breathing, fluidity, and concentration. People of all ages are welcome in my sessions; no prior training experience is necessary!

Anete

I am fascinated by everything related to human health, improving it, and maintaining it. I enjoy movement myself. I have played volleyball for years and graduated from Võru Sports School. I often had lower back issues and was advised to start practicing Pilates. After the first session, I realized this was exactly what I needed. In addition to physical exertion, I gained a much better sense of well-being and motivation. As a trainer, I strive to consider each client’s individual needs and goals. I want people to return not only for a good workout but also for positive energy and support. I believe that success as a trainer lies not only in diplomas but also in the ability to create a trustworthy and developmental relationship with clients. I find joy in working in this field and learning daily how to support others on their journey. I look forward to meeting you!

Johanna

I came across Pilates entirely by chance—I saw more and more Pilates videos on social media and felt the urge to try it myself. The first experience was so positive that I couldn’t look away! I was intrigued by how conscious and controlled movement could improve both well-being and body stability and posture. Pilates isn’t just about doing exercises—it’s a way to get to know your body better and become stronger. I’ve been active my whole life, and movement is a natural part of my daily routine. As a trainer, I want to help you discover the benefits of Pilates and how it can support your body and well-being. I hope that in my classes, you’ll feel how movement happens effortlessly and naturally, while simultaneously strengthening the supporting muscles, improving posture, and giving your body lightness and energy. If you’re looking for a workout that makes you feel stronger and more confident, come give it a try. You might like it as much as I do!

Mirjam

I am Mirjam, and I have set a goal to improve both my own and your quality of life: enhancing posture, inner balance, and physical fitness. I found my way to Pilates due to running-related injuries. I have recently acquired knowledge that I wish to share and practice with you. I bring a positive attitude and cheerfulness to my work. In training sessions, I focus on you and encourage you to push your limits. My greatest motivator is satisfied clients.
