I discovered reformer Pilates at a time when I realized that in addition to dancing—which I had been doing for over ten years—I needed a workout that would bring me more calmness and balance while also building strength. I had been training at a semi-professional level, but I always felt drawn to Pilates. It immediately improved my posture, enhanced my endurance, and increased my overall confidence. For me, health is a holistic concept that includes movement and proper training. Sports have always played a crucial role in my life, but I have learned that true well-being comes from balance. As a trainer, I focus on the individual needs of each client and strive to ensure that each session delivers both enjoyable movement and meaningful progress. I aim to help clients move fluidly and effortlessly while simultaneously strengthening their bodies and deepening their self-awareness. My goal is for each client to leave the studio feeling lighter, more present, and more balanced. Training should be a time of self-care, a moment to check in with yourself.
