According to our policy, cancellations and reschedules are only possible at least 18 hours before the class starts. If less than 18 hours remain, the class cannot be canceled or rescheduled, and the ticket will be considered used.
Pregnant women in the first trimester can attend regular classes. In the second and third trimesters, a special class with modified exercises is required. We recommend consulting a doctor before training, as each pregnancy is different.
Reformer Pilates is NOT recommended in the following cases:
  • Pregnancy complications or miscarriage risk
  • Cervical insufficiency
  • Low-lying placenta (placenta previa)
  • Preeclampsia or high blood pressure
  • Severe lower back or pelvic pain
  • Unexplained bleeding
  • Diabetes or other chronic conditions (without doctor approval)
  • Heart, circulatory, or breathing problems
If more than 18 hours remain before the class, you can change your reservation. If less than 18 hours remain, rescheduling or cancellation is not possible. Please always check the city, date, and time before booking.
Yes, a Tartu ticket can also be used for Võru and Pärnu classes. However, a Võru or Pärnu ticket cannot be used for Tartu classes.
If less than 18 hours remain before the class, cancellations or rescheduling are not possible. This policy applies to all clients equally, regardless of the reason for absence.
Tickets are non-refundable.
  • 1-class ticket is valid for 1 month.
  • 4-class ticket is valid for 2 months.
  • 8-class ticket is valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
Yes! Classes are open to all levels, including beginners. Our trainers ensure that exercises are adapted to participants’ skill levels.
Children under 14 years old can attend classes only with a parent. From 14 years old, they can join independently.
All our trainers have completed a Reformer Pilates instructor certification course. This internationally recognized training provided them with expertise in:
  • Anatomy and biomechanics, to tailor exercises for each client.
  • Proper execution and instruction of Reformer machine exercises for safety and effectiveness.
  • Training specialized groups (e.g., seniors and pregnant women) while ensuring their safety.
