Movement has been a natural part of my life since childhood—I started with swimming, engaged in badminton for a long time, and later took up gym training. I discovered reformer Pilates about two years ago and was immediately captivated. This workout is the perfect combination of strength, mobility, and body awareness. Exactly what everybody needs to feel good. As a trainer, I am calm yet motivating. My goal is to create an environment where one can truly connect with their body and leave the session feeling better than when they arrived. In my classes, I combine mobility, adequate effort, and strong posture to offer a versatile and balanced training experience. My motto? The main thing is to feel good in your body, no matter what you do.
