These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) apply to everyone who joins the STUDIO43 OÜ Pilates studio services. The Agreement is valid from the date of signing and governs your membership, participation in classes, and use of services. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
a. Membership begins after all required information has been submitted and the respective membership fee has been paid.
c. All memberships are automatically renewable unless a written notice for termination is provided at least 30 days before the next billing date.
a. STUDIO43 OÜ offers the following ticket options:
b. Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
c. The validity of tickets is determined by STUDIO43 OÜ. No ticket is refundable or exchangeable for cash.
d. Tickets are linked to specific classes or sessions for which prior registration has been made.
a. Members can participate in all Pilates classes offered by the studio, depending on their membership level and availability.
b. Clients must follow all safety and conduct rules set by the instructor and the studio.
c. If a client is unable to attend a class, the booking must be canceled at least 18 hours before the class start time. Late cancellation or no-show may result in the loss of the session fee. If prior notice is not given, the session remains valid and is non-refundable.
d. STUDIO43 OÜ is not responsible for personal injuries or damages that occur during class if clients have not followed proper guidance or safety requirements.
e. Clients must arrive on time. The instructor has the right to deny entry to late arrivals at their discretion. Missed classes due to tardiness will not be refunded.
f. Upon arriving at the studio, clients must avoid making loud noises, playing music, or other disturbances in the waiting areas or locker rooms that may interfere with classes and the instructor’s work.
g. The number of participants in a class is limited to the number of reformer machines in the studio. For example, if the studio has 10 reformer machines, up to 10 people can attend the class at once.
h. Only one person may use a reformer machine at a time.
a. Clients must wear appropriate clothing and non-slip socks as required for Pilates exercises.
b. Clients must maintain studio cleanliness and follow all health and safety regulations.
c. Clients must inform the studio in advance about any health conditions or injuries that may affect their participation in classes.
d. In case of health issues, injuries, or other conditions, clients must consult with their doctor before attending classes. A doctor’s approval is required for participation..
e. Clients must take care of studio property, including machines, lockers, mirrors, and other equipment, and ensure they remain in good condition.
f. Reformer machines and other equipment must be cleaned after each use. STUDIO43 OÜ provides cleaning supplies, and every client is responsible for maintaining cleanliness.
g. Misuse or damage of studio property may result in liability and could lead to ticket cancellations or refusal of service.
h. Clients must vacate lockers after each session. Lockers must not be locked when leaving the studio premises.
a. STUDIO43 OÜ reserves the right to amend these terms. All changes will take effect after notifying members at least 1 week before implementation.
b. Continuing membership after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
a. A member may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to the STUDIO43 OÜ service team at least 30 days before the next billing date.
b. STUDIO43 OÜ may terminate a membership if the client violates these terms or fails to meet payment obligations.
a. STUDIO43 OÜ is not liable for injuries, accidents, or other damages that occur to clients while at the studio, unless directly caused by the studio’s or instructor’s negligence.
b. Clients are fully responsible for their own health and well-being and must consult a doctor if they have concerns about their physical condition before participating in Pilates sessions.
a. All personal data collected by STUDIO43 OÜ is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the STUDIO43 OÜ privacy policy, which is available on the studio’s website.
b. Clients consent to the processing of personal data necessary for providing services, including registration and communication.
a. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
b. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
